X Factor sensations Jedward bounced into town.

The Irish twins, real names John and Edward Grimes, were the latest in the series of X Factor stars to play town centre club Tokyo.

And the be-quiffed brothers didn’t disappoint as hundreds of fans filled the venue to see one of their typically boisterous live performances.

The duo, who are rumoured to be teaming up with Vanilla Ice for their first single, played a host of their now famous covers, including Ray Parker Junior’s Ghostbusters and Vanilla Ice’s Ice Ice Baby on Friday.

Fans then rushed to meet the 18-year-olds from Dublin after the show for autographs and photos.

Tokyo’s boss Nigel Holliday said the gig had been the most popular so far, almost filling their 1,000 capacity premises.

He said: “It was fantastic, they are really awesome guys. They did a great 45-minute set and they were jumping all over the place, on to the speakers and into the crowd.
