A PARAMEDIC from Huddersfield is due back before a health tribunal accused of thefts from patients.

Angela Armitage faces disgrace and an end to her career, after colleagues accused her of stealing from patients.

Armitage, of Berry Brow, is accused of rifling through the bags of patients as they were taken to hospital.

The claims were made by colleagues from Honley Ambulance Station, who complained to the Health Professions Council – the paramedics’ disciplinary body.

The hearing began last October but was adjourned and was due to resume in London today.
