THE man accused of murdering three prostitutes in Bradford was recovering today after his abortive suicide bid.
Stephen Griffiths, 40, had to be treated by medics after apparently trying to strangle himself with a sock.
He was found on the floor of his cell at Wakefield maximum security prison on Wednesday.
A spokeswoman for the Ministry of Justice confirmed an inmate was treated “following an incident of self-harm.”
Griffiths, of Bradford, is accused of murdering Suzanne Blamires, former Huddersfield prostitute Shelley Armitage and Susan Rushworth.
