Marsh man David Croft appears on child porn charges

A MAN from Marsh has reappeared in court charged with possessing indecent images of children.

David Croft, 62, of Croft House Lane, appeared yesterday at Huddersfield Magistrates Court.

In March magistrates decided the case should be heard in Bradford Crown Court.

But it was not ready for committal yesterday and Croft will reappear again at the court on July 8 at 9.45am.

More time was requested for the evidence to be considered by the defence.

Croft was granted unconditional bail.
