We're not daredevils or idiots say bus station balance boys - it's Parkour

“We try to find the best places architecturally and there’s some good sites down in London.

“We make sure we’re out of the way of people. If a security guard or policeman comes along we’ll try and explain to them what we’re doing and if they want us to go we’ll say sorry and move on.

One of the most famous Parkour practitioners is Sebastien Foucan who performed in a chase sequence at the start of the Bond film Casino Royale.

Practising Parkour or free-running is not illegal although certain stunts could result in prosecution such as criminal damage or trespassing.
