Baby of the Year 2010 - find the babies and how to cast your vote
BONNY babies and cute toddlers have shown their winning smiles in this year’s Baby of the Year contest.
There are 648 babies who were at their cutest for the annual competition.
And your baby could now take their place in the winner’s gallery alongside Helen Dickinson, the Examiner’s first Baby of the Year winner back in 1973, and Shanaya Cuff, the Lindley tot who won last year aged just 10-months-old.
Now the time has come to cast your vote and pick Huddersfield’s Baby of the Year 2010.
In recent weeks parents have been taking their youngsters to Queensgate Market’s Demonstration Zone where family portrait photographer John Woods has captured their winning smiles for the prestigious Examiner competition.
There are 648 babies to choose from in our special, full colour, 20-page supplement in today's Examiner.
Plus this year you can also vote online through myExaminer.co.uk.
Details are on page two of this article.
And it’s all for a good cause too – this year the Examiner is delighted to support the Huddersfield Common Good Trust. Five pence from every call and text will be donated to the charity which supports local causes.
For the 12 months to March this year, the Huddersfield Common Good Trust awarded grants of £38,000 to 23 organisations in Huddersfield.
A large proportion of this money was used to help youngsters in our community.
We hope with your generosity to support community groups who are in need of funding.
