Fatboy Slim booked for Huddersfield gig at Bates Mill Afterparty

TOP dance act Fatboy Slim is to play Huddersfield.

The DJ – also known as Norman Cook – has been booked to appear at the Bates Mill Afterparty on December 11.

Cook is also expected to be at the Galpharm Stadium earlier that day as his team, League One leaders Brighton and Hove Albion, visit Huddersfield Town.

The soccer-loving musician was yesterday responsible for making the draw for the First round of the FA Cup in which Town were drawn away to Cambridge United.

Promoters of the Afterparty event regard it as a major coup for the town and claim it cements their position as a club venue.
