A BID to cut speeding resulted in no-one being caught.
Officers from Calderdale’s Lower Valley policing team checked the speed of vehicles at Stainland Road, Saddleworth Road and other locations around West Vale.
Police say they were responding to reports by residents concerned about the speed of vehicles. Acting Sgt Liam Tyson said: “This shows people are slowing down and adhering to the speed limits which will help us to make our roads even safer.
“We will carry out further checks in the future and hope that this good news will continue.”
