REVELLERS can shed their Christmas weight by taking part in a Boxing Day fun run.
Stainland Lions Club has organised the charity race for December 26.
The event, now in its 24th year, is open to everyone from runners and joggers to dog-walkers and parents with push-chairs.
There will be prizes for the fastest man, woman, boy and girl at the race, which starts at The Red Lion in Stainland.
There will also be an award for best costume.
The pub opens for registration and hot drinks at 9.30am, with the run getting under way at 11am.
There will be a charity auction at the pub following the race.
The entry fee is £4 for adults and £2 for under-16s. Families with two or more children can take part for £10.
This year’s chosen charities are West Yorkshire Forget Me Not Trust, Martin House and the Children’s Heart Surgery Fund.
