Dewsbury woman and diabetes sufferer Sara Etherington died of natural causes

A WOMAN with diabetes died after heart failure, an inquest heard.

Sara Etherington, 33, was found dead in bed at her home at Saville Walk, Dewsbury, on July 30.

Huddersfield Coroner’s Court heard evidence that Ms Etherington had prescribed anti-depressants within her gastric content.

However, toxicology reports showed there was no suggestion she had taken excessive amounts of medication.

The cause of death was given as cardiac failure due to diabetes mellitus.

Coroner Roger Whittaker ruled Ms Etherington died of natural causes.
