DOZENS of people have commented on controversial long-term house-building plans for Huddersfield.
Kirklees Council is in the middle of a consultation on the Local Development Framework (LDF).
The blueprint includes proposals for 28,000 new homes in the district by 2028.
Now 72 comments have been published on the councils website and 51 of the online postings concern the proposed location of developments.
A council spokeswoman explained that residents may experience a delay between submitting a comment and it appearing on the website.
She said: In publishing these responses, the council is obliged to ensure they do not contain either abusive or offensive comments.
The LDF consultation began in December and is due to finish next month. For details click here.
