It all kicked off last April when Dawn Curry, who works in the frozen food department, broke the news that her son Christopher’s partner Lauren was pregnant.
Ellie Grace was born on November 1, weighing 71b 1½oz.
Then it was cashier Michelle Polczynski’s turn for the good news.
The Brighouse woman’s son Craig and partner Gemma welcomed baby son Daniel Craig weeks later, on November 18, weighing 5lbs 15oz.
Next to become grandma was Val Riley, from Dalton, who works in dry goods.
Her daughter Dawn and partner Neil had baby Scarlette Holly on Christmas Day, weighing in at 6lbs and 14oz.
The last to announce a new family member was customer service worker Anita Kelly, from Leeds Road.
