A HANG-GLIDER was rescued after an horrific accident on the moors above Huddersfield this afternoon.
The man, who has not been named, is thought to have plunged 70 feet on to rocks at Buckstones, near Scammonden.
He suffered head and back injuries.
He was winched from the moors by the crew of an RAF Sea King helicopter and flown to Leeds General Infirmary.
