SINGLE and lone parents are being encouraged to apply to a charity for low-cost family holidays.

Holiday Endeavours for Lone Parents (HELP) arranges cheap holidays to Pontins and Haven for lone parent families, single access parents, prisoners’ wives and forces’ wives whose husbands are abroad.

The charity also helps grandparents who have custody of their grandchildren.
