A MAN who allegedly punched another man in a pub has been acquitted after a trial.

Richard Brook, 31, of Queensway, Kirkburton, denied a charge of grievous bodily harm when he appeared at Bradford Crown Court.

He was accused of punching a man in the face in an incident in the Shoulder of Mutton in Huddersfield in March 2010.

The jury found him not guilty on the second day of the trial.
