LICENSING officers have shut a Huddersfield town centre bar.

They met at a special Kirklees Council licensing panel today and agreed to a police request to close That Bar, in King Street.

Police had complained of repeated problems at the bar, run by rugby player Phil Joseph.

Its future willl be determined at a licensing hearing within a month.
