A RETAIL park in Huddersfield is now fully let.
Discount retailer Home Bargains has taken the remaining 8,500sq ft unit at Gallagher Retail Park in Waterloo.
The company has agreed a 15-year lease with developer contractor Worthington Properties and is scheduled to open its store next month.
Home Bargains already has 250 outlets around the country, including ones on New Street in Huddersfield and others in Ravensthorpe, Halifax, Wakefield, Leeds and Bradford.
The company has yet to confirm how many jobs it will create at the Waterloo store and how – if at all – the new development will affect its existing town centre outlet.
Worthington Properties built the retail park in 2008. It provides some 45,000sq ft of retail space along with 230 car parking spaces and a riverside walk.
Since its launch, it has attracted retailers Aldi, M&S Simply Food, McDonalds and Pets at Home.
