A MAN who badly injured a toddler by stamping on him has been jailed for 13 years.
And the judge branded Daniel Joyce from Longroyd Bridge a 'vicious coward' when he sent him down at Bradford Crown Court late this morning.
Judge Jonathan Rose paid tribute to the youngster who is now four and made legal history by becoming the youngest person to ever give evidence in a criminal court.
He said: "The child is a remarkable little boy. Although too young to fully appreciate what he's done he may one day come to understand how this court appreciates his bravery, his honesty and his fortitude.''
