A NETHERTON man has appeared in court accused of stealing a disabled parking permit.

Jason Robinson, of Juniper Grove Mews, was before Kirklees magistrates.

He is alleged to have stolen the blue badge between January 8 and February 8 last year.

The 38-year-old denies the offence and has elected to be tried by a jury.

His first appearance before Bradford Crown Court will be on March 19.

Robinson’s bail condition is that he complies with the Drugs Intervention Programme (DIP).
