A FLIGHT instructor will appear in court – four years after a helicopter crash which killed a Brighouse millionaire couple.
Paul Spencer and his wife Linda died when their black Gazelle helicopter crashed in woodland in the grounds of Rudding Park Hotel, near Harrogate, on January 26, 2008.
The couple – who ran a West Yorkshire firm called Country Baskets – owned a chalet in the grounds of the hotel.

Mr Spencer had got his helicopter licence only a month earlier.
Now it has been revealed that Ian King, from Wetherby, will appear at Haywards Heath Magistrates’ Court, in West Sussex, on February 24.
