“He has a few friends who have trained at the Audrey Spencer School of Dance and who are now studying on musical theatre or acting degrees hoping also to have a career in show business.”

The children also enjoyed drama warm ups and exercises with local teacher Abigail Taylor and vocal exercises and singing with Anna Mair.

Over 40 children between ages five and 16 went to the event at the Queen Street South based school.They will be performing excerpts from musicals at a show in July and taking part in the school show at the Lawrence Batley Theatre in December.

Ashford and The Risk have been recording this week at AMF studios in Essex with platinum selling producers Dabeatfreakz.

The studio tweeted: “Amazing voices coming out of that vocal booth from @therisk_official real talent and really nice guys.”

After recording in the studio till the early hours of the morning, Dabeatfreakz tweeted: “If yall could only hear what we are creating! one word Amazing. Watch out for these four guys.”
