Newsome Junior School celebrates Queen’s Diamond Jubilee
WELLY-wanging, a bouncy castle and a brass band were included in the fun at a Newsome Junior School.
A total of 230 pupils celebrated the Queen’s Diamond Jubilee with a garden party. Parents were also invited to a buffet prepared by school cook Diane Glennie. Classes nominated a king and queen and took part in games.
