Officers from Calderdale’s Lower Valley joined forces with special constables, roads policing officers, licensing and youth services as part of a campaign aimed at reducing the number of incidents and victims where alcohol is a major factor. They patrolled local parks, shops and town centres providing advice to drinkers.
