Down the years charities, and those who support them, have raised millions of pounds for good causes.

We want to help promote these vital charities who make such a difference to our area and help thousands of people every single day.

We want to hear from charities and people hosting charity events to showcase the fantastic work they do for a new weekly page in your Examiner.

Below are three forms to help us to keep the charities in people's minds.

The first is for charity groups and organisations to fill in so we can highlight them as our Charity of the Week.

The second is for charities and people hosting charity fundraising events to fill in so we can create a calendar of charity events upcoming in our area.

The third is our way of helping charities to say thanks to those who have helped them with time, donations big or small or moral support to help make a difference.
