There's about to be a lorra lorra love in the air.

Blind Date is returning to our TV screens more than 13 years after it went off air.

The Saturday night show - which helped singletons find love - was fronted by Cilla Black.

It ran from 1985 to 2003 and the singer turned TV host presented every series.

When Cilla announced she was quitting TV - during a live episode - the show went off air.

The internet is rife with reports that ex-Geordie Shore TV star Vicky Pattison is set to host the reboot.

Also in the frame is singer Olly Murs, 32, as well as Corrie actresses Georgia May Foote, 25, and Helen Flanagan, 26.

The new series is moving to Channel 5 and will be on screens on Fridays instead of its traditional weekend spot.

Cilla tragically died following a fall in her Spanish villa in the Costa del Sol in 2015- she was 72.

The format of the show involves three singletons being asked questions by a potential suitor who is hidden behind a screen.

They can only hear each other's voices and can't see what they look like.

Channel 5's Blind Date is expected to hit screens towards the end of the year.
