A taxi burst into flames at Ainley Top roundabout at around 9.35am today.
The driver, working for Woods Taxis of Brighouse, pulled over after spotting smoke coming from his vehicle, which was captured on video by Robin Wielgus.
Cars slowed as thick black smoke was blown across the busy roundabout, just off junction 24 of the M62.
Nobody was hurt in the blaze, which was put out by firefighters.
