A district judge has lifted a court order banning a man from contacting his ex-partner.
Ako Saleh, of Town Avenue in Leeds Road, Huddersfield, was handed the restraining order last November.
It was made following the 23-year-old’s conviction for damaging a window at his former partner Lisa McKenzie’s home.
Yesterday judge Fanning sitting at Kirklees Magistrates’ Court agreed to discharge the order.
He heard that Ms McKenzie felt she no longer needed it.
