HUDDERSFIELD Theatretrain is celebrating its fourth birthday!

The highly successful performing arts school for budding young dancers, actors and singers, was opened in November 2002.

It is held at Almondbury High School each Saturday, and recently staged `Hood The Musical' at the Lawrence Batley Theatre.

Huddersfield Theatretrain is one of 75 Theatretrain schools in the UK. The classes aim to give children the opportunity to have fun while learning the performing arts.

Nikki Helens, manager of Huddersfield Theatretrain said: "It builds confidence, ability, and teamwork."

The group will be performing `Theatretrain's Christmas Box' along with Leeds and Wakefield Theatretrain centres at St Georges Hall, Bradford, on Monday December 4, at 7:30pm.

Anyone who is interested in joining Theatretrain can contact Nikki Hellens on: 01422 254483.
