EVERYWHERE little Kaitlyn Hobson went, her favourite stuffed toy went with her.

But the Skelmanthorpe tot has been unable to sleep properly since it went missing in Huddersfield town centre on Sunday.

And now her mum Kathryn is appealing for people to help find the toy, known as Doggy.

Kaitlyn was shopping with Kathryn and dad Dale Hobson.

The two-year-old’s mum said: "I have no idea where we lost the toy, but we are doing everything we can think of it to get it back.

"I’ve phoned every shop we went into but no-one has reported anything being handed in.

"I’ve even been in touch with Kirklees Council’s street cleaners but no-one has seen it.

"And I put an advert in the Examiner’s Lost and Found section in the hope someone had picked it up.

"She got the toy for her first birthday and she is really upset."

Little Kaitlyn, who attends Hawthorns Nursery, has been upset since and would like anyone who has Doggy to get in touch.

Contact Kathryn on 07788 967087 if you can help.
