TWO men from Yorkshire have been found badly beaten on a Merseyside beach.

TWO men from Yorkshire have been found badly beaten on a Merseyside beach.

The pair, from Wakefield and Barnsley, were found with serious injuries on Crosby beach on Tuesday night.

Police believe they may have been dumped there after being attacked in West Yorkshire.

Detectives from West Yorkshire Police have sealed off the Abdul restaurant in Ossett and are also carrying out enquiries to establish how the men ended up in Merseyside.
