THE autumn programme of productions at Victoria Theatre, Halifax, has been announced.

Comics including Rob Brydon and Jimmy Carr (pictured) will appear at the Halifax theatre while music fans can look forward to Paul Weller.

While there is also a monthly comedy club, Dick and Liddy’s, which features a host of comedians straight off the comedy circuit.

Welsh comic Rob Brydon appears on September 30, Joe Pasquale on October 9 Jimmy Carr on October 12 and Stephen K Amos on October 28.

Younger theatre-goers have the Chuckle Brothers to entertain them on November 21.

Following last year’s success with Horrible Histories, the renowned Birmingham Stage Company present their stage adaptation of David Almond’s award winning book Skellig from November 3-7.

Music fans can see the likes of Joe Brown on October 16 and Vampire’s Rock starring Toyah Wilcox on November 19.

While Status Quo will perform on November 30 and Paul Weller on December 2.

The Christmas pantomime is Cinderella which will run from December 12 to January 3.
