TWO highly-distinctive motorbikes have been stolen by burglars in Huddersfield.

The raiders broke into a garage next to a house at York Avenue, Fartown, on Saturday night.

One of the bikes - a child's blue 90cc Sudika - is brand new and was only bought by the victim at the end of January.

The bike has the frame number LP6YCF2BX3D000202 and engine number SK147FHF30016341.

The other bike is a 1998 red Gas Gas trials bike in excellent condition.

The front number plate has DMS Trialsport printed on it and is reflective.

The rear mudguard has three holes drilled in it for attaching a back light, which had been removed.

The bike has grey handlebars with red end caps.

The tank and front mudguard have stickers on them which read TXT270.

The frame number is VTR GG 2798 06981879.

Sgt Tim O'Sullivan, of Huddersfield police, said: "Both bikes are very distinctive, so if someone sees them, they'll remember them."
