A WOMAN who is registered blind completed a parachute jump to raise £800 for charity.
Rosaleen Dobson, 39, of Hawes Avenue, Quarmby, leaped out of a plane at 15,000ft to raise the money for Guide Dogs for the Blind.
She received just 10 minutes' tuition before making the jump, strapped to her instructor, at Langar, near Nottingham.
She is pictured with her guide dog Mickey and her jump certificate, and also during the parachute jump.
Rosaleen was watched by husband Neil, 43. They have four children, Jayne, 18, John, 17, Jemma, 14, and Jason, 13.
It is the second time Rosaleen has turned daredevil for the Guide Dogs charity.
Last year, she drove a car around an obstacle course to raise £468.
Rosaleen has an eye condition which means her vision has deteriorated since she was 28.
