A MAN accused of dealing drugs faces crown court.

Michael Kimmings, of Friar Place in Bradley, appeared before Kirklees Magistrates.

He is accused of possessing cannabis with intent to supply.

The alleged offence took place at an address at Baton Drive in Lindley on September 6.

Police are said to have found a tub of cannabis on a bedside table.

Kimmings, 33, has not yet entered a plea to the charge.

Magistrates committed him to stand trial at Leeds Crown Court. His first hearing will be on March 27. He was granted bail.
