A FORMER town hall could soon have a gleaming new use.
A plan has been submitted to turn Brighouse Town Hall into a dental surgery.
The Thornton Square hall was sold off after being deemed “surplus to requirements” by Calderdale Council.
The Grade II listed town hall dating back 125-years sold at auction for £136,000 last year.
Now Dr Imran Rangzeb has submitted an application for a change of use for the town hall.
Calderdale Council will make a decision by March 30 and the public can comment on the planning application by March 9.
