A charity has appealed for volunteers to give their time at their local shop. The British Heart Foundation (BHF) has appealed for shop volunteers to give a day, an afternoon or an hour to spare. BHF Shop volunteers play a vital role in the running of the shops. Each year, they donate the equivalent of over £25m in time.
