Bargain hunters – and stallholders – are wanted to help make a charity antiques fair a big success.
An Antique Vintage and Collectors Fair in aid of Macmillan Cancer Support is to be held at the Cedar Court Hotel at Ainley Top on Sunday, August 21.
The event runs from 10am to 4pm and entry costs £1. Stalls are also still available from £20 each. All proceeds go to the charity.
Organiser Bob Riley said it was the chance for people to take part in a real life Bargain Hunt or become a dealer for the day.
“It will be the perfect opportunity for people to sell items gathering dust in the cellar or attic,” he said. “There will be bargains to suit all pockets from £1 to £500.
“It’s for a good cause and could lead to a whole new career.”
