Here are some of the crimes reported to West Yorkshire Police this week.

Oakes

• A sat nav, laptop, mobile phone and purse containing cash and cards was stolen from a car in New Hey Road on July 29

Edgerton

• An iPad, iPhone, rucksack and keys were stolen from an insecure Ford Focus in Edgerton Road on July 27

Gledholt

• The offside wing mirror was smashed off a Ford Fiesta in Heaton Road on July 27

• Boxes of clothing were stolen from the boot of an Audi A4 left possibly insecure in Grasmere Road on July 28

• A suspect damaged shrubs in a garden in Gledholt Bank on July 29

Lindley

• Stones were dropped from a bridge in Lindley Moor Road onto passing vehicles, causing damage on July 24

• The bonnet of a Kia Sportage was dented and scratched in College Avenue on July 24

• A suspect broke into a house in Cowrakes Road on July 25, took keys to an Audi A5 and drove off in the car which was later recovered by police

• A suspect poured orange paint onto the roof and windscreen of a Volvo C30 a in Weatherhill Road on July 28

Salendine Nook

• A suspect snapped the Euro Profile lock of a side door of a home in Hill Rop Road but did not enter on July 26

Fartown

• Food and a radio CD player were stolen from a house in Eleanor Street on July 29

• A mobile phone and bank card was stolen from a victim’s pocket in Fartown Green Road at 8.30pm on July 26

• Unknown objects were used to damage windows in Ashbrow Mills, Ashbrow Road, on July 27

Mount

• Garden furniture was stolen from a house in Roman Avenue on July 27

Birkby

• A suspect damaged a living room window and made off from a house in Tanfield Road on July 26

• Sports equipment was stolen from St John’s Road on July 28
