HUDDERSFIELD fashion store Peters is celebrating its 21st anniversary.

The King Street store will mark the occasion by inviting the public to an evening of celebrations on Thursday, when cash will be raised for charity.

Staff from the Indian restaurant chain Nawaab will hold a cookery demonstration in the store and offer free samples to guests.

Birthday cake and Buck's Fizz will also be on offer.

There will be a fashion show featuring models wearing Peters clothing and lingerie.

Guests can pamper themselves with a complementary make-over or treat themselves to a bargain, as there is 10% off all merchandise on the evening.

A raffle will feature prizes from many of Peters' suppliers.

All proceeds will go towards the Cottage Homes charity, which provides sheltered accommodation for former retail traders.

The event will start at 5pm and last until 8pm.
