A GOLCAR teenager went wild in the aisles at the Asda store in Huddersfield after winning a trolley dash prize.

James Ellis, 17, who lives at Bolster Moor, won the two- minute trolley dash at the Asda store at Bradford Road, Brackenhall, through the Examiner's Bid2Win competition.

James, an apprentice electrician at Kirklees Council, had the chance to load his trolley with all the goodies he wanted up to £200 for free.

He won the prize after collecting £3,323,000 in tokens from the Examiner with the help of his family and friends.

He placed the highest bid for the prize in the final week of the competition, which ended two weeks ago.

James and his parents went to Asda at 7.30am yesterday to carry out the dash.

James managed to grab goods worth £185.84 - with tins of chocolates a firm favourite.

His parents also received a bouquet.
