A SUMMER party was organised for members of Holmfirth Choral Society.
The evening started with a concert given by singing members brave enough to perform in front of their fellow choristers.
Those taking part were Margaret Bramall, Heather Oddy and Michael Tolson (vocal solos), Jane Flaherty and Janet Oakley (vocal duets), Jean Collison (piano solo), Jane Walker (readings) and Mark Tippen (humorous monologue).
Ken Rothery was the compere, and also contributed to the vocal solos. The entertainment was followed by a faith supper.
