THE case against a woman charged with dangerous dog offences has been dismissed.
Prosecutors at Huddersfield Magistrates’ Court on Thursday took the decision because Tracy Sykes’ daughter pleaded guilty to them in a different hearing. As part of an agreement with the CPS, the woman, of Hulbert Croft in Almondbury, 43, agreed to a civil order banning her from owning a dog for five years.
