VISITORS to a Huddersfield tourist attraction can see clog-making, quilling, corn plaiting and rag-rugging this weekend.

Colne Valley Museum in Golcar is hosting traditional crafts this Saturday and Sunday.

Members of the West Yorkshire branch of the International Guild of Knot Tyers will demonstrate their age-old craft, including fancy knots, braid and rope-making.

The museum will also launch its 40th anniversary scrapbook, It’ll Never Catch On In Golcar.

The Cliffe Ash venue will be open from 12.30pm to 5pm on Saturday and Sunday.

Admission costs £2.50 for adults, £1.25 for children and £6 for families.
