A COUPLE were seen acting suspiciously near a house that was burgled.
The man and woman were seen in a grey car near the house on Royd Lane, Holmbridge, at about 2pm on Wednesday.
The house was burgled and jewellery stolen.
The man was white, in his 30s, about 5ft 6in tall and fat, with short, dark hair.
The woman was in her 20s and small, with curly brown hair.
