FIRST aid courses are being run across Kirklees.
The four-hour St John Ambulance courses are being offered to help people learn emergency life support for all ages, from babies to older people.
The courses cost just £2.50 and will provide training that could save someone’s life.
The procedures covered include severe bleeding and choking.
The courses will be at the following places:
Batley Resource Centre: April 10, morning and afternoon sessions;
Deighton Centre: February 25, morning and afternoon;
Ravensthorpe Community Centre: February 29 and March 10, morning and afternoon;
St James’s Centre, Rawthorpe: April 17, morning;
St John’s Resource Centre, Birkby: April 2 and 7, morning;
Al Hikma Centre, Batley: April 3, morning session (women only).
