THREE men accused of raping a woman in Huddersfield have been told the date of their trial.
Sean McTighe, 26, of Reed Street, Marsh, Michael Reilly, 22, of Somerset Road, Almondbury and Lee Bamford, 23, of Turf Hill Road, Rochdale, were all charged with raping the 24-year-old near King's Bridge, at the bottom of Newsome Road, Newsome, this month.
Reilly and Bamford are also accused of robbing a man shortly before the alleged rape.
Yesterday the trio, who are all in custody, appeared before a judge at Bradford Crown Court for a preliminary hearing.
After discussions about the progress of the case Judge Roger Scott told the three they would next be in court on September 20 and that their trial had been listed to begin on November 26.
Barrister Gillian Batts asked for bail for McTighe, but Judge Scott ruled that he should remain in custody.
