TOWN got into the festive spirit in Huddersfield.

Head coach David Wagner led his squad in a rousing Christmas Carol concert, held at Cathedral House in St Thomas’ Road, Huddersfield, just 24 hours before they were to take to the field against Rotherham United in a big Yorkshire derby .

Live entertainment was on offer throughout the evening with a big band taking to the stage to lead the audience in the singing of traditional Christmas carols.

Members of Town’s Academy playing staff gave readings through the evening and also stopped off to have pictures and sign memorabilia for Terriers’ fans.

There was also a performance by a choir from Huddersfield Town’s school partner, Royds Hall Community School, and a variety of Christmas-themed games for Town’s younger fans.

And there were festive refreshments to finish the night.
