HOLME Valley Riding Club is hosting a Dressage Demo evening with top local dressage rider Becky Moody.

The demo, on November 2, at Woodnook Arena, Honley, will start at 7.30pm.

The evening starts with Becky teaching two riders and passing on her experience and top tips.

After a break she will then bring two of her horses in to do a demonstration. Becky will also answer questions.

One horse will be a youngster and the other will be one of her experienced, advanced horses.

Becky and her sister Hannah are well known in the area for their success in dressage competitions.

They compete up to Grand Prix level and also offer lessons to riders who want to improve their dressage skills or simply become a better rider.

Club committee member Dena Adamson said: “It promises to be a good evening and a good laugh.”

Tickets can be booked by calling Dena on 07973 282824.

Prices are £10 for members, £13 for non-members and £5 for under-12s.

If there are any tickets left they will be sold on the night. But numbers are restricted so pre-booking is advised.
