Drivers have been warned of more roadworks on the M62.

Highways England have confirmed a series of maintenance projects in the week starting on November 23.

At Junction 25 Brighouse, the eastbound carriageway will be closed overnight between the exit and entry slip roads from 8pm on Monday until 6am on Tuesday.

The westbound carriageway will also be closed at the same location on Tuesday, between the same times, while the westbound entry slip road at junction 25 will be closed overnight for three nights from Wednesday.

Between Junction 22 Saddleworth and Junction 23 Outllane, the westbound carriageway will be reduced to a single lane for resurfacing work overnight on Monday and Wednesday 25 November. The eastbound carriageway will also be reduced to a single lane for three nights from Tuesday. All the closures will take place between 8pm and 6am.

The westbound carriageway between Junction 25 Brighouse and Junction 26 Chain Bar will be reduced to a single lane for technology work between 8pm on Saturday and 6am on Sunday.
