A MAN facing sentencing for supplying a Class A drug breached his bail conditions, a court heard.

Usman Masood is due to be sentenced by a judge at Leeds Crown Court on December 20.

He has been convicted of two charges of possession of cocaine with intent to supply.

Masood, 20, was granted conditional bail by the court. These conditions include residence at an address in Battye Street, Leeds.

He was also ordered to report to Dewsbury police station daily between 1.30pm and 3.30pm.

Masood was arrested after failing to sign on at the police station on December 2.

Vanessa Schofield, prosecuting, told Kirklees magistrates that the breach was Masood’s first.

She asked magistrates to give him the benefit of the doubt and rebail him until his sentencing date.

Magistrates agreed after Masood’s solicitor told them that he had lost track of time. They rebailed him on the same conditions.
